It allows us to keep records on who is accessing our service. The username and password issue is company specific and should be saved for future reference. The registration information is kept private and is only stored as a point of contact. Shadforths reserve the right to deny registration if invalid information is submitted.
We have found some Topcon systems (particularly older ones) are not downloading the mount points. This is due to an outdated setting on the control box (screen), which has been fixed by a software patch issued by Position Partners. Contact them about this if you are having an issue downloading the mount point list.
